Service description
EquityMonitoring is a self-hosted portfolio and cashflow tracker designed to help investors track multi-family, single-family, forest and other investments where users may act as General Partners. The service enables users to view amounts invested, cashflows received, and performance summaries across time periods.
User accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
User data and financial information
You retain ownership of data you upload to the service. We process and store the financial information you provide in order to provide the functionality of the service (summaries, analytics, reporting). This includes transaction details, investment amounts, and related metadata.
Security and privacy
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The service is designed for self-hosting so you remain in control of where your data is stored. In addition:
- We recommend running the site over HTTPS in production and protecting secrets.
- We do not set cookies for random visitors. Cookies used by the application are limited to authenticated sessions and necessary functionality.
- We store financial data you provide; treat credentials and exported data accordingly.
